Thank you so much, Katy, for your enthusiasm and for taking the time to notice details. Much appreciated!

Re your technique for the sweater, that's interesting how we discover things. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you, Katy. It wasn't my choice of subject but I enjoyed doing it and, more importantly, the buyer was really pleased!

Thank you, Katy, for your kind words re my latest effort. For the longest time I was unsure about it but I feel a little better about it now and I certainly enjoyed doing something a little different!

Thank you, Katy, for your enthusiasm re my Armstrong piece - made me smile! Black skin tones are so interesting just for the hot colors one can use. I learned a lot, too, about tones for rendering brass but I think I'll shift gears now for something different!

Thank you, Katy, but your work is getting better all the time. Your last piece, "Glorious Morning" is seriously good!

Thank you for your kind comments, but you have quite a lot of awe going on too! I've never had that problem uploading photos...have you tried throwing yourself on the floor in a tantrum until someone fixes it for you - it sometimes works for me! lol x

Thank you so much, Katy, for all your superlatives! I enjoyed reading your enthusiastic reaction to my Hendrix. This one was fairly time-consuming and detail-driven so I think I'll change approach for the next one. I wanted to show a bit of the flamboyance of the time.

Thank you, Katy, for your comment. It is nice to know that one's work is appreciated and your last piece is your strongest one yet. Keep on drawing!!
